Very kind staff and modern and great place. The rooms functional and new-fashioned with a very nice bathroom, English channels plus very comfy beds. Sensational breakfast choice with a juice, bacon plus yoghurt. Marvellous and perfect location, just a walk down to everywhere. Nice restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel: )

The room was spotless and had charming traditional decorations, amenities included a safe and a kettle, plus it's conveniently located near a shopping center.

The staff is super friendly. In the restaurant you can eat very well and the breakfast is very good, at breakfast nothing is missing. The rooms are indeed small but well arranged, so that there is still space to move around. . There are many parking spaces available
Unfortunately, there was no door to the bathroom, so that after the shower everything was very humid. My room could not be ventilated, which made the room very stuffy.

Everything was simply really good. Modern and top quality hotel, attentive staff, really enjoyed the handy location adjacent to a large shopping mall as well as the AVIS car rental.

Belgium is quite expensive by German standards, but apparently Belgium has a different wage structure

We had a good dinner at the restaurant here, both dishes we tried were fantastic. 🍽️ the bathroom was pleasant, having a bathtub was a nice touch.

Stayed here as an overnight stop on way back home via Tunnel. Stayed in a room for 2 adults and 7 yr old. Room was excellent, as had recently been refurbished to a very high standard, and daughter loved the fact that her bed was in a seperate adjoining room with sofa. Room was very clean, as was the standard of hotel. In-laws were with us an had a dble room which was good, but had not been refurbished. Did not have time to visit local area so cant comment on surrounding areas.
This is not a complaint but constuctive criticism. Would say it is a hotel aimed for the Business end of the market. As we arrived late, we booked into the hotel restaurant to eat, instead of looking around outside to eat. Food was to a high standard, but very expensive, meal for 4 (plus 1 child) with 2 bottles of wine came to 250 Euros. Half litre of beer (nearly a pint) was 5.50 euros. Would recommend the set meal for 35 euros a head instead of ordering off the menu. Also, had to pay 40 euros for daughter as a supplement I would stay here again.

We stayed one night on our way home to the UK following a touring holiday. After a long day driving through Germany it was wonderful to relax in quiet, comfortable surroundings.
